Supply and Equipment Ordering Procedures for Incidents

  • All Supply and Equipment orders for Fires & All Risk Incidents should be placed with Teton Dispatch Center via radio, phone, FAX, or email. Phone: 307-739-3630, FAX: 307-739-3618.
  • NFES numbers for supply items should be included whenever possible.  NFES numbers can be found in the: “NWCG NFES Catalog - Part 1: Fire Supplies and Equipment, PMS 449 -1” for the current year. The catalog is available online at https://www.nwcg.gov/ in an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Calls may be placed to the Teton Interagency Fire Cache, landline: 307-739-5079, cell: 307-690-1294, to verify availability of supplies but the order must be placed with Teton Dispatch, where an S-number will be assigned.
