Teton Interagency Fire

(Updated 6/24/26 at 10:03 a.m.) Teton Interagency Fire crews have responded to the Kinky Creek Fire, located approximately three miles south of Darwin Ranch, near upper Gros Ventre Falls in the Gros Ventre Wilderness on the Jackson Ranger District of the Bridger-Teton National Forest. The fire is approximately 350-acres in size with high spread potential and currently running and spotting. Cause of the fire is undetermined. A type 3 incident management team has been ordered, Smokejumpers on scene are working to secure the anchor point as full suppression tactics are in place.  For updated information visit Inciweb.
