Central Oregon Interagency Dispatch Center

Established in 1996, the Central Oregon Interagency Dispatch Center coordinates initial-attack and logistical support for wildland fire and all-risk incidents across the 8.8-million-acre Central Oregon dispatch area.

Who We Serve

COIDC coordinates wildland fire resources for the U.S. Wildland Fire Service, the BLM Prineville District, the Deschutes and Ochoco National Forests, the Oregon Department of Forestry, John Day Fossil Beds National Monument, and the Warm Springs Agency. The area averages more than 300 fires per year.
