Stewart Creek Fire

The Stewart Creek Fire was reported by FAA, aviation, located 7 miles south east of Alpine. 6HE, helicopter crew located the .2 acre fire. 

Additional firefighters will arrive today, July 26th for a total of 6 firefighters to fully suppress the 2/10 of an acre fire.

The containment line around the fire is holding and firefighters will continue to grid and mop-up today, July 27. Expected to be called controlled later today.

The Stewart Creek Fire was called out July 28th.
