Teton Interagency Fire

The Coburn Fire was first reported to Teton Interagency Dispatch at 12:30 Thursday.  The fire is located 1.5 miles east of Observation Peak in the Snake River Range.  The Teton Interagency Helicopter responded with four firefighters.  Cause of the 3/4 acre fire is undetermined and under investigation.  Eight Smokejumpers from West Yellowstone were dropped on the fire to provide additional help. the fire does have fire line around the perimeter, put the steep terrain continues to allow for roll out of burning material.
