SWIFT Southwest Idaho Fire Training

Offered in a joint effort between Boise District BLM, USFS Boise NF, and Southwest Idaho Dept of Lands to offer local 100-200 level training courses. Listed below are some training classes offered this Spring that are only open to agency personnel. Contact your training specialist for nomination in IQCS.
D-110 Dispatch Recorder & Hands-on IROC (April 17-19)
S-271 Helicopter Crewmember (May 6-8 and May 24)
BLM EMS Summit (May 14-16)
SWIFT will be the week of May 20-24, 2024.
Offered in partnership with Boise BLM, USFS Boise NF, Southwest Idaho Dept of Lands, and College of Western Idaho (CWI). The Wildland Fire Academy training is open to all regular agency employees, AD personnel, cooperators, CWI students and the public.
