Prescott Helitack

Prescott Helitack is an 10-person wildland firefighting helicopter crew based on the Prescott National Forest in Central Arizona. The crew provides initial attack and large fire support locally and across the country as needed. Helicopter 12HX is a Bell 407 from Helicopter Express of Chamblee, Georgia.

The Prescott Helibase is located at the Prescott Fire Center in Prescott, AZ. This facility supports many fire management functions including the Prescott Hotshot Crew, Prescott Airtanker Base, Prescott National Incident Support Cache and Prescott Dispatch Center.
