Supply and Equipment Ordering Procedures for Incidents

• All Supply and Equipment orders for Fires & All Risk Incidents should be placed with Uintah Basin Fire Center via radio, phone, FAX, or email. Phone: (435)789-7021, FAX: (435)789-9795.
• NFES numbers for supply items should be included whenever possible.  NFES numbers can be found in the: “NWCG NFES Catalog - Part 1: Fire Supplies and Equipment, PMS 449 -1” for the current year. The catalog is available online at https://www.nwcg.gov/ in an Excel spreadsheet.
