For preplanned events, flight requests need to be made a minimum of 14 days in advance. This timeline is required to allow for airspace deconfliction and provide for scheduling of qualified aviation dispatchers.
Flights need to be requested using the form found here (PDF).
Completed request(s), along with maps, can be emailed to NVCNIDC@gmail.com or faxed to 775-623-1548. Please follow up with a telephone call: 623-1555.
Any questions regarding flight scheduling, deconfliction, or general aviation questions should be directed to CNIDC’s floor supervisor at 623-1555. You can also direct questions to the Unit Aviation Manager at 623-2397.
