Fire is established in the steep rugged terrain of the Mill Creek drainage, the Quincy watershed is impacted. Evacuation advisory in place for Quincy. NW winds will push smoke away from the Quincy area.

The Complex consists of all fires east of Hwy 139, north of Hwy 299 and west of Hwy 395. The team is in the process of scouting and assessing the situation. Rimrock Fire: 700 acres. Current threats to gas and high voltage transmission lines, historic significant areas including the immigrant trail, sage grouse habitat and grazing land.

Precipitation has occurred over most of the fire area.
