11/19/2019 1410 The National Weather Service: Eureka, Sacramento and San Francisco have issued a Red Flag Warning for strong and gusty Northerly winds with low relative humidity, and critically dry fuels over much of interior California causing critical fire weather conditions. The Eureka office also issued a hazardous weather outlook for the coastal areas of Northwest California. The general timeframe starts early Wednesday morning and ends Thursday late afternoon.
