Mission

Columbia Cascade Interagency Communication Center (WACCC), also referred to as Columbia Dispatch, is the primary Wildland Fire dispatch center for the Gifford Pinchot National Forest (WA-GPF), Mt Hood National Forest (OR-MHF), Mt Rainier National Park (WA-MRP), Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area (OR-CGF), ODF The Dalles (OR-954S), and Fish & Wildlife Service Units (WA-RFR) within the dispatch area. We are responsible for the mobilization of emergency responders to wildland fire incidents and promote efficient operations through interagency cooperation and partnerships.

PLEASE NOTE: The primary audience for the information provided by the WACCC website are Interagency cooperators and fire personnel on the supported units for the purpose of planning and strategic operations. As such, this site is not designed to be the primary source of information regarding wildland fire for the WACCC dispatch area. Report a fire: (360) 891-5140 or 911
