  • Download a NWCG Nomination Form on the Wildland Fire Learning Portal.
  • Use the IQCS Responder Update Sheet to update information on personnel whose records are already established IQCS (incident experience, active task books, training completed, licenses and certifications and instructor experience). Please be sure to route completed forms through your local training officer.
  • To get a new employee established in IQCS or transferred, fill out a IQCS Information Sheet.
  • Visit the NWCG Publications Management System (PMS)/Portal - here you can find publications, taskbooks, job aids, ICS forms, and lots of other training and fire-related documentation.
