The SW 7-Day Significant Fire Potential is a data-driven product developed to by the National / SWCC Predictive Services Section to provide fire managers a general overview of the potential fire danger level over a 7-day period and the associated large fire development.  The product takes into account precipitation, humidity, and high risk trigger such as Dry Lightning, Significant Wind, and High Heat Days.
