When you cannot determine accurate numbers at the time of the report provide the best estimates and note this in Safety, and Health Status/Threat Remarks, Block 33.

The application totals the data that is entered in the bottom row Total # Responders Affected.

NOTE:

• Do not include public or civilian information in this block. Use Public Status Summary, Block 31 for public or civilian information.
• If a previous 209 exists for this incident, numbers previously entered in Block 32 are carried over to the Previous Report Total column. The Total # to Date column sums the first two columns together to provide a total for the duration of the incident.
