Staffing Index Value (ERC): Using "Forecast Indicies" (North Zone, South Zone and East Zone tables and today's date which shoud be near the bottom of the table), select the appropriate forecasted staffing index/component range in row one. These indices (forecasted by the Grand Junction Weather Office) are based on the previous day's 1300 RAWS observations entered into WIMS by CRC personnel.

Sagebrush Live Fuel Moisture (LFM): Select the value from row two indicating the live fuel moisture range.

Fire Activity: fire activity can be defined as any fire/fires within the Craig Interagency Fire Dispatch Area (regardless of Zone) that requires the commitment of 50% of federal IA resources. Select using North Zone FDRA Fire Activity drop-down.

Staffing Index Valure (BI): Using "Forecast Indicies" (North Zone, South Zone and East Zone tables and today's date which shoud be near the bottom of the table), click on todays Burning Index Value

To operate the form: Select criteria in all three FDRs then, starting with the North Zone FDRA, select the "Calculate" buttons. This will give you the Preparedness and Dispatch Levels
