For preplanned events, flight requests need to be made a minimum of 30 days in advance.  This timeline is required to allow for airspace deconfliction and provide for scheduling of qualified aviation dispatchers.

Flights need to be requested using the form found here (PDF).
Completed requests along with flight routes and maps can be dropped off at CNIDC or faxed to CNIDC at 775-623-1754
