HOW TO REQUEST PARTICIPATION
IN THE NATIONAL FUEL MANAGEMENT DATABASE
Thank you for your interest in the National Fuel Moisture
Database (NFMD). The National Fuel Moisture Database is a
web-based database system that enables users to upload and/or
view sampled and measured live and dead fuel moisture information.
To get a sample site started, you will need to:
- Complete a Site
Description Form for each fuel sampling site. In Block 13, follow the format listed in the Fuels List document.
- Send completed form via e-mail to jayellington@fs.fed.us or
mail to:

- PLEASE NOTE: Once received, it will take from 1-3
days before your sample site can be set up in the NFMD
program.
