    CREWS - TYPE 1

OUT-OF-AREA ROTATION
CREW NAME *

COMMITTED

OUT OF AREA

RETURN FROM ASSIGNMENT

NOTE: Next in-line rotation will be when the crew returns from out of Area and becomes available nationally.
An asterisk (*) represents a crew currently committed within the Southwest Area (SWA), on mandatory days off, or unavailable.

When the crew is available for a 14 day assignment outside the GACC in accordance with work/rest guidelines, the asterisk is removed and the crew retains their position in the rotation.

The rotation is not used for out of area assignments to units directly adjacent to the Southwest Area and the crew will retain their slot once available again.  Date and time needed may also necessitate deviation from the out-of-area rotation.

For additional information on Type 2 and Camp Crews, visit the ROSS Daily Reports site at:

http://gacc.nifc.gov/swcc/predictive/intelligence.htm

NOTE: SWCC places orders for T2 crews to the Dispatch Center only.

The Dispatch Center decides which crew(s) within the Zone will fill an order.
When crews are assigned to a Geographic Area other than the Southwest Area, the crew can be re-assigned within the new Geographic Area and the SWA will not necessarily know about the re-assignment.
