Vision Statement
Our vision is to build and maintain an Interagency Dispatch organization that will provide effective and proficient needs to the fire and aviation management personnel.

Mission Statement
The Grand Junction Air Center (GJAC) dispatch office is a professional and dedicated organization. Individuals will pursue and maintain the highest level of ethics and discipline.

Operating Guidelines
The GJAC dispatch office instills a safe, efficient and effective fire and aviation management office to support the ground firefighters.

Our office provides a team of 10 professional and dedicated dispatchers. The office is staffed for effective achievement of the objectives and direction for the responsible parties we serve on the Upper Colorado River (UCR) Fire Management Unit and throughout the fire community. We will make a positive commitment to have effective communication, cooperation and coordination with the affected resources coming to the UCR.

The GJAC dispatch office is committed to teamwork, developmental leadership skills, constructive criticism and showing a passion for their work. Our team is a professional and dynamic work force who will treat each other with respect and integrity. Each dispatcher will be evaluated on effective and quality communications, supervision, and teamwork throughout the seasons.

Each and every individual and position is important in this office. Equal treatment is a right; discrimination and harassment are not tolerated and immediate resolution should be expected.
