3.     Threats to natural resources:

·        Threatened and endangered species habitat

o       Critical habitat

o       Key habitat

·        Sensitive species habitat

·        Critical winter range

·        Other

 

Priorities Criteria tempered with:

·        Probability of success / Consequences of failure

·        Duration of resource commitment

·        Short and long-term benefits of fire use for resource benefit
