Northern Utah Interagency Fire Center (NUIFC) is located in Salt Lake City, UT. It is a joint dispatch center in cooperation between the Bureau of Land Management, US Forest Service and the State of Utah Forestry Fire and State Lands. NUIFC is responsible for dispatching and coordination of wildfires (avg. 500 fires per/yr) and incidents for approximately 14 million acres located in the following Counties: Box Elder, Cache, Rich, Tooele, Weber, Morgan, Davis, Salt Lake, Summit, Wasatch and Utah.
