WildCAD
WildCAD is a CAD program that tracks all fire incidents across the Nation. It lists each incident by region, then provides all the specific details for that incident, including incident number, incident name, incident type and any comments specific the the incident. ROSS

Definition of Terms:
- Confine: Use of tactical actions to manage a fire within a predetermined area or perimeter, usually defined by geographic features.
- Contain: A tactical point at which a fire's spread is stopped by and within specific features, constructed or natural, that function at stopping the fire's spread so that no further fire progress is expected under foreseeable conditions.
- Control: To construct a fire line, or use natural features to surround a fire and any spot fires to reduce its burning potential to a point that it no longer threatens further spread or resource damage under foreseeable conditions.
- Fuel: Any Vegetation, living or dead.
- Hazardous Fuel: Vegetation that, depending on its flammability and/or its proximity, poses a threat to natural resources or property.
- Incident: An occurrence or event, either natural or or person-caused, that requires an emergency response to prevent loss of life or damage to property or natural resources.
