Weather Synopsis:
An area of low pressure is forecast will advance through the Northeast states Wednesday afternoon into Friday producing a areas of precipitation across the eastern states.  Cooler than normal conditions are forecast over the EA into Thursday and Friday with warmer than normal readings developing over the central U.S. on Friday and spreading eastward this weekend.  Breezy south to southeast winds will prevail across the Great Lakes and Big Rivers Thursday into Friday.  Min RH levels should stay above 40% over most areas this week.  However, readings may drop into the low to mid 30s across parts of the Big Rivers and Great Lakes this weekend as milder air affects these areas.  The next chance of precipitation over the central U.S. arrives early next week.

Fire Potential Discussion:
Overall fire potential will be increase a bit across the majority of the EA over the next 5 days due to a drier weather pattern, especially compared to October.  Surface fuels will dry out over many areas as drier conditions prevail.   Breezy south winds will affect the Upper Mississippi Valley on Thursday.
